Esta é a primeira compilação em mais de 20 anos de Marianne Faithfull que contém material raro e inédito. 22 dos 28 temas na versão em LP são lançados pela primeira vez em vinil e da versão em CD, 9 gravações estão agora disponíveis pela primeira vez neste formato. Inclui temas raros como uma versão alternativa do tema “Sunny Goodge Street” de Donovan, gravado por Marianne Faithfull para o LP “North Country Maid” (1966), ou as versões originais de “Something Better” e “Sister Morphine”.
