O artwork foi supervisionada por Maria Mochnacz com Rob Crane e conta com fotografias de arquivo inéditas.
“B-Sides, Demos & Rarities” está disponível em caixas de 3CDs e 6LPs, sendo que a versão em CD conta com um booklet de 24 páginas.
