Já a caixa Super Deluxe de 5LPs inclui os álbuns originais remasterizados, a gravação inédita de um concerto de 1972 no Carnegie Hall, quatro temas bónus inéditos, a versão original do EP de 7” “Mount Vernon and Fairway” e um livro de 48 páginas com textos e fotos raras.
